Welcome to Onyx Mobile Detailing. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before booking a service.

1. Services

Onyx Mobile Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional mobile auto detailing services at customer-designated locations. All services are performed as described on our website; however, final results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and prior maintenance.

  • Customers must provide access to a water hookup and an electrical outlet at the service location unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert amount or %].

  • If we arrive at the scheduled time and location and are unable to access your vehicle or begin work, a trip fee may apply.

  • The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A $50 deposit is required upon booking, which will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.

  • Prices listed on our site are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at booking.

4. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, Onyx Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects that may become apparent during or after cleaning (e.g., loose trim, paint chips, or weak clear coat).

  • We are not liable for items left inside the vehicle; please remove valuables prior to service.

  • Extreme or hazardous conditions (e.g., excessive mold, biohazards, or unsafe locations) may result in refusal of service or additional fees.

5. Weather & Working Conditions

  • As a mobile service, we rely on suitable weather and safe working conditions. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe environments.

  • If you are unable to provide a driveway or safe workspace, please inform us in advance so we can plan accommodations.

6. Guarantee & Refunds

  • We stand by the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can address the concern.

  • Refunds are issued only at our discretion and may not be available if the issue results from factors outside our control (e.g., prior damage or unrealistic expectations).

7. Website Use

  • All content, images, and text on this site are owned by Onyx Mobile Detailing and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
