At Onyx Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide high-quality mobile detailing services and ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how we handle cancellations and service concerns.
1. Deposits

A $50 deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

If we must cancel due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances on our end, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

If we arrive at your location but cannot access your vehicle (locked, absent, unsafe environment), the deposit will be forfeited, and additional trip fees may apply.
3. Service Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review your concern.

At our discretion, we may offer:

A return visit to address missed areas,

A partial refund, or
-
A discount on a future service.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction resulting from factors outside our control, including pre-existing vehicle damage, unrealistic expectations, or environmental conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Deposits forfeited due to late cancellations or no-shows.

Services completed as described where no quality issue is present.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, or damage requiring additional work beyond the booked service (in these cases, additional fees may apply).
